ARTISAN SHEEP'S MILK CHEESE

Our Artisan Sheep's Milk Cheese ( Queso Castellano) use as main ingredient 100% sheep's milk from Castilla y León. In order to be able to use this milk , it must undergo a series of strict quality controls, making sure obtains a finest result :  cheeses characterised by strong taste, full flavoured, that fills the mouth. Here we have some of our favourite cheeses, prepare a nice glass of red wine and enjoy!
