Morcilla de Burgos its the Spanish variety of morcilla ( black pudding) made with rice and flavoured with cumin. Intensely delicious, it can be served as a tapa on a toast or to prepare a great breakfast accompanied by fried eggs.
Ingredients: Onion, rice, pork blood, lard, salt and spices. ( no additives , conservatives nor colorants)
