Heart of Spain
The light ageing on lees to which the wine is subjected gives it a round mouthfeel, with good body and structure. The grapes used to make this wine are harvested at night in order to obtain the fruit in the best possible state of health.
Straw yellow colour with greenish hues indicating youth. Very clean and bright.
Medium-high intensity and complex aroma. White fruits, pear and apple, tropical fruits, pineapple and citrus fruits stand out. All on a herbaceous background of boxwood and fennel typical of the variety.
In the mouth it is a dry wine, with a moderate and balanced natural acidity that gives it freshness and joy on the palate. The ageing on fine lees provides roundness, body and good structure on the palate. Slightly bitter finish, characteristic of the Verdejo variety and with a long persistence.
It is recommended to serve between 7 and 10 ºC.
White fish, tuna, sushi, seafood rice dishes, paella, pasta, Asian food, chicken, fresh or blue cheeses.
