Ingredients: 1/2 piglet, duck ft, salt ad pepper.
Serves :5 portions
Preparation :Open the tin and put it in a water bath until the fat has melted completely ( 30 min). Carefully take up the piece and lay it on an oven tray with the skin side up. Pre heat the oven to 250 C and let the meat roast for 30 min or until the skin is golden brown and crispy. Garnish with fried potatoes.
