This delicious marmalade is made according to a traditional recipe with organic fresh figs collected from May until end of July. It is created in limited quantities in the area of El Bierzo in the province of León.
It is totally made without any artificial flavorings or preservatives.
It is ready to be enjoyed with toasted bread , soft white cheese as a salad dressing or as a desert served with Greek yogurt.
