Did you know that a good paprika grown and dried in the sun contains high of vitamin c?? The peppers used often contain six to nine times as much vitamin C as tomatoes by wight. Also works as an antibacterial agent and stimulant which help to normalize blood pressure and improve circulation.
Goes well with: eggs, meat, poultry, stew, fish, shellfish soup, boiled and steamed vegetables, rice and creamy sauces. For most recipes, the paprika is added near the end of the cooking process, since heat diminishes both the color and flavor.
A light dash of paprika also makes a simple eggs and potato salad more appealing.
