This light, fresh, fruity and sweet wine is made with grapes verdejo 90% and 10 % Sauvignon Blanc. Its development is possible to a special care in the process of harvest, preservation of the must at low temperatures and fermentation at 5.0 degrees of alcohol, that keeps the CO2 from fermentation, and it doesn't need an artificially gasifying.
Sign: yellow pale with greenish hints,clean and very brilliant.
On the nose: easy-going,very fruity with tropical notes like pineapple and passion fruit , citric and aniseed flavoured.
On the mouth: fresh palate, pleasant and very well balanced, appealing sweetness from the natural residual sugars of the wine, in harmony with a refreshing acidity and sparkling sensations.
